[ Aspen Magazine "Nightlife Scene" Article ]

Our interest in opening a nightlife venue in Aspen came after doing a fairly exhaustive search of nightlife, atmosphere and people in other cities across the US. Coming from Denver we knew we wanted to venture out and looked everywhere from Miami to LA ... from San Diego to Scottsdale and beyond. We ended up in Aspen because we fell in love with the community and especially the people here.

Our design philosophy in 2 words? "Aspen Chic". Our goal was to create a space that matched the unique and elegant vibe of Aspen as opposed to trying to take a big city nightclub look and plug it into a smaller space. We accomplished this through the use of organic and earthy materials and colors. For colors you will find a lot of browns and creams - for materials we used contemporary lines but with the more classic materials such as aged woods and leathers (case in point: our aged leather floor in the back room).
